WELLBEING CONSULTATIONS WITH TINA ROGERS
Tina runs TLR Therapy and is a qualified Occupational Therapist. She has over 20 years experience mainly in the NHS but more recently in the MOD.
After being given a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) in 2016 she learnt how to gain a deep sense of wellbeing, and loves the opportunity to share this knowledge with others.
She feels privileged to have been able to support her clients to create happier, healthier and more rewarding lives and loves the work she does.
Tina is a member of the College of Medicine and Integrated Health.
"Nature helps to bring me to the present moment, calming or energising me to create the balance I need. Better than any spa and free!"
Wellbeing is important to everyone but is a priority if you have health issues or just not feeling at your best and struggling.
No one knows you better than you. That’s why Tina believes that you are ultimately your own best therapist.
However, you might not know where to begin, or what to do.
Using the latest evidence and drawing on coaching, motivational interviewing and counselling skills techniques, together with your expert knowledge of “you”, Tina will help you to discover your personal path to healing, health and wellbeing.
"I can't thank you enough for all the information and support ........ It really has made a huge difference to me and I've got a lot out of it which has helped me make great improvements to my health, both physical and mental health."
