Chloe is a Personal Trainer, Pilates Mat, Pilates Equipment, Pilates Barre Instructor and is a qualified in Pre/Post Natal exercise and injury, Rehabilitation (including neurological and orthopaedic conditions) – accredited by CIMSPA.
At the age of 23 she became bed ridden with an Autoimmune/Autonomic Nervous System disorder. The doctors encouraged her to attend Pilates sessions to get her back on my feet and voila! Her passion for Pilates, health and fitness began and she now wants to help others attain their personal fitness goals.
She obviously love Pilates but also enjoys running, strength training and Ballet.
When she is not in her Pilates studio you can find her out on local walks or curled up with a good book and a coffee.

Pilates is a form of low impact exercise that was created by a wonderful man called Joseph. It focuses on the main muscles in your body (your Powerhouse) to aid in your posture, flexibility, mobility and overall body strength.
It is suitable for everyone and most medical practitioners now advise people to take up Pilates as part of their exercise routine.
