On this International Day of Forests please join us on this slow, mindful Forest Bathing experience. We invite you to experience compassion for yourself, for others and for Nature. Our trained Forest Bathing guides care about your wellbeing and invite you to experience a journey through this Season of short woodland walks. Our Forest Bathing walks are designed using International Wellness research, including the University of Derby’s “Five Pathways to Nature Connection”.
