About the Event
Our beautiful woodland can bring awareness and reveal surprises on this slow, mindful Forest Bathing experience. Our trained Forest Bathing guides care about your wellbeing and invite you to experience a journey through the woodland to connect to your senses for your wellbeing. Our Forest Bathing walks are designed using International Wellness research, including the University of Derby’s “Five Pathways to Nature Connection”.
At the end of the walk we will invite you to spend mindful time in Nature with our Forest Therapy Practitioner team.
In this session we will offer supportive and creative opportunities to experience care of ourselves, others and the Earth as part of Nature.
