‘The small but intense pleasure of walking through dry leaves and kicking them up as you go…they rustle, they bristle, they cackle…’ Vita Sackville-West
This is nature’s reminder to look after ourselves, to nurture and empower our wellbeing, to re-energize and re-vitalize our relationship to nature in new ways of self-care. Have fun, be creative, learn something for the first time, action something new, get in touch with this season’s beauty of nature. What can Autumn really bring for our wellbeing? How can we utilize the changing colours of nature, the falling leaves, the change of weather to self-care, self-nurture and self-nourish our mind-body-spirit?
Explore new ways to look after yourself, to boost your immune system and wellbeing with this new course in autumnal self-care. Re-balance, adjust your life to feel at ease, just being, by discovering new ways of caring for yourself even more! Our energy needs change, our nutritional needs include warming, comforting seasonal foods, feeling hydrated.
Prioritize yourself this Autumn to self-nurture, embracing all the positive parts of this seasonal change in nature – How can you see differently?
What can you see that is distinct?
What new perspectives can you gain?
Where and how can you discover your own starting points to be curious and creative, to learn, to contemplate, to give and to be active? How can we change our activity levels?
How can we actively benefit from nature, in the crisp, beautiful, misty weather of this season?
What can you do that’s new for you?
Imagine what it’s going to feel like when you’ve taken this opportunity.
