Andrene's career as a Children's and General Nurse is supplemented by a holistic and preventative approach to healing. She is trained as a Breastfeeding Advocate and Lactation Consultant as well as being a volunteer for the La Leche League. Her work in this area led her to train as a Biodynamic Cranialsacral Therapist. She has a keen interest in herbal medicine and wild foods that she shares with family and friends. She is also a strong advocate for natural skin and body care as a Weleda Wellbeing Advisor.

Andrene's interest in connecting individuals to nature for their wellbeing led her to train as a Certified Forest Bathing Guide and to go on to train in Forest Therapies.

About Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)  is a way of bringing us back to a sense of wholeness and integration by balancing our nervous systems which will allow our energy and vitality to improve.

When given the chance our bodies are at constant work repairing and maintaining to homeostasis (a state of stability and optimum health). CST can assist this process.

CST is a very subtle yet deeply profound therapy which involves very light, non-invasive touch at various points of the body and can be beneficial for a wide range of both physical and emotional issues.

"I had a wonderful session with Andrene and felt so supported by the connection with her hands. Craniosacral therapy is a gentle but effective therapy. I really recommend it"
